Mission with Consequences
St Charles Borromeo is remembered not only for personal holiness, but for the conviction that faith must respond to the real conditions of people’s lives. His reforms were pastoral, practical, and often demanding — because they were rooted in the Gospel rather than comfort.

The article explores why worship, charity, and mission belong together, and why faith becomes most credible when it is lived outwardly, attentively, and responsibly.
